With a coldness in the air and an ever increasing desire to turn on my central heating, it is certainly now October. September is over and in this blog post I shall put together a little photo review of the month gone by.
As always I have been cycling a lot. And as I have shown for the past couple of months I have been running more and more.
Just Sunday gone, 30th of September. I ran in the Robin Hood half marathon. My time was 1 hour and 59 minutes and 17 seconds. I was so very pleased.
At the beginning of the month it was my Birthday. In between the two, there was was work, work and more work, cycling events, running, my first time at Nottingham Playhouse (to see Dear Evan Hansen which was superb!), a couple of trips to the gym, reading, the pub and preparing for the half-marathon.
