I feel like it was only a few days that I wrote the July update. Well, that was because it was; I was running late posting. I am on time with this update. Here’s my August!
The first of August saw me having a routine colonscopy. I have lynch syndrome which puts me at higher risk of bowel cancer so every two years they screen me to make sure there are no polyps. Of course I asked for photos and videos and have since put this together. The rest of the more some Parkrun. Some new glasses arrived. Nottingham had its own protests but it was clear the counter-demonstation far, far outweighed the tiny far right group. More running, reading, and then out, out. I then headed to Manchester for my sister’s birthday and out again. It was such a lovely weekend. The rest of the month was eating out a few times, going to meetings, more running, cycling, and then on the last day of the month I got the coach to London for an evening out. Very superb! Oh yes, and work in between all that. Another busy and another expensive month with out, out, out but it was fun, fun, fun.
Here are some photos!
Thanks for reading or looking!
