I received my poll card

Just a quick post.

Today I received my poll card.  I will be voting in the General Election on Thursday 8th June 2017.

You have the power to make your voice heard.

Please do not aimlessly complain if you haven’t voted or voted for the party which has negatively impacted on what you are complaining about.  Of course, do complain if they have gone back on their word or made a decision at discord with their promises!  Remember that every aspect of life is impacted by politics.  Think about that for a minute.

Make sure over the next few weeks you read, listen and watch as much as you can from numerous sources.  Open your eyes, don’t let your eyes be forced open.

Then choose who is right for you and for future generations.  What world do you want your children to grow up in?  This is not something that can be changed just next year.  As long as the Prime Minster at the time doesn’t decide to call a snap general election, the term will last five years.  This is ample time (to continue) to ruin the country or to lay the foundations for a great one to prosper.

So, today I received my poll card.  Have you got yours?  If not, register to vote.  The deadline is at 11:59pm on 22nd May.
